Land Planner Intern @ Continental Properties – Menomonee Falls, WI

Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2026 Land Planner/Urban Planning Intern at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work closely with the Development team to assist with the site design for our upcoming development projects and support various activities related to land planning, technical drawings, due diligence.

Position Specifics: 

  • Full-Time (during Summer 2026)
  • Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams with site planning and design for multifamily projects.
  • Support a wide variety of activities associated with land planning and technical drawings.
  • Engage in the review of project due diligence materials, site and municipal requirement research, and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Assist Development team with any additional project items and tasks.

Skills for Success:

  • Junior or senior level student in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Real Estate or related program
  • Available 40 hours per week during summer
