The Department of Planning and Landscape Architecture is pleased to share that Associate Professor Edna Ledesma was awarded the 2021 Best Paper Award in Planning and Entrepreneurship by ACSP and the Kaufmann Foundation, for Edna’s 2021 JAPA paper, “Why Latino Vendor Markets Matter – Selected Case Studies of California and Texas.”
