Luke Moore

Luke Moore is an incoming Master of Public Affairs/Master of Urban and Regional Planning student from Waukesha, Wisconsin. He graduated from UW-Madison in 2019 with a BA in Economics and Political Science, and has spent the last 5 years in Washington, D.C. working in international affairs, with stints at the Department of State and international development non-profits. His professional experience has included work on climate resilience and ecological management, accountability for war crimes and atrocities, and a number of refugee and civil society assistance programs. He and his wife recently moved back to Wisconsin to be with their family. Luke is looking to apply his passion in the areas of climate resilience, conservation, and equitable economic development to a domestic context here in his home state. He enjoys making and  recording music on his guitar, playing and watching baseball, and just about any outdoor activity someone might suggest!
