Jeff Maloney

Jeff is a Principal Urban Designer at Vandewalle and Associates specializing in urban redevelopment, mixed-use neighborhood design, and streetscape/riverwalk design. Jeff has over a decade of experience leading design and public processes for award-winning redevelopment projects by envisioning site reinvestment opportunities through place-based assets, preparing site plans, and recommending and designing associated public improvements. As the lead designer, project manager, and implementation specialist for communities of various populations throughout the Midwest, Jeff is able to prioritize community needs to create a revitalization strategy and associated public improvement program. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001.
