Casey Hart
Casey Hart (he/they) is a first-year master’s student in Urban and Regional Planning, where he is focusing on food systems, urban design, sustainable development, and hazard management.
He is originally from East Texas, whereafter he went to get his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin while majoring in Urban Studies. Casey’s work in the hospitality sector informs his work with community engagement and nourishment, while interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
Casey is currently serving as the Volunteer and Administrative Coordinator at Rooted, a local non-profit driven to cultivate meaningful connections centered around food, land, and learning. His personal interests are drag, music, art, cats, and vegan cooking!
