Jenna (she/her) is a first-year graduate student from Tempe, Arizona, pursuing a Master’s Degree in Urban & Regional Planning. She completed her undergraduate degree at Northern Arizona University (NAU), where she studied Communication, Urban Planning, and Italian. Shortly after graduating from NAU, Jenna moved to Wisconsin. She worked at UW’s department of Research & Sponsored Programs (RSP) for two years before becoming a student at the University herself. Although Jenna is still unsure in which direction she’d like to head, she’s particularly eager to expand her understanding of historic preservation efforts and methods for making communities more resilient in the face of climate change. In her free time, Jenna enjoys painting, bike riding, reading, hiking, and creating cheesy, homemade cards for friends.
