Maria Davila


Maria Davila (pronouns: she/her) is currently a first-year master’s student pursuing a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Originally from South Gate, California, part of Los Angeles, she received her bachelor’s degree in International Development Studies with a minor in Urban and Regional Studies as well as Labor and Workplace Studies, from UCLA.

Maria has worked as a Financial Aid Student Advisor, Alternative Breaks Director, Farmer’s Market Manager, and most recently as a Program Manager for the non-profit Girls on the Run of Los Angeles County.

In her free time, Maria loves reading and buying books, exploring Madison, and cooking.
