Scott Heacock

Scott Heacock is a second-year student in the Urban and Regional Planning program. Scott grew up in Freedom, WI and graduated from UW-Madison in 2016 with a BS in Political Science and a certificate in Environmental Studies. After graduation, he worked in state and local politics before returning to UW-Madison to pursue a masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a specialization in Housing and Community Development.

During his time in the masters program, Scott has worked with the City of Middleton Planning Department, Commonwealth Development, and as a Teaching Assistant for the Political Science department. He also serves as Social Chair for the WI Student Planning Association, where he enjoys setting up trivia nights, local sightseeing events, and trips to the terrace.
