Yarui He comes from a small, Chinese city, Ganzhou, located in the Jiangxi province. Yarui hopes he can improve his province’s development through city and regional planning. Yarui graduated from the University of Arizona as an Environmental Science major. He believes the environment should play a more important role in city planning.
