Madalyn Grau

Madalyn Grau (she/her) is a second-year graduate student pursuing her Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Wisconsin. A life-long resident of Madison, Madalyn crossed Lake Michigan to study History and Theatre at Kalamazoo College before graduating in 2016. Since moving back to Madison, Madalyn has worked at the Wisconsin Partnership Program, an endowment operated by the UW School of Medicine and Public Health, which allocates awards to faculty research, education, and community initiatives to reduce health disparities around the state. She is invested in learning the ways that innovative planning practices can promote health, economic, and social equity for generations to come.
In her free time, Madalyn enjoys drawing, hiking, and visiting museums wherever she can.
