Samantha Caches

Samantha Caches was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. She earned her undergraduate degree in Landscape and Urban Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she also completed certificates in Fine Arts and Environmental Sustainability. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning at the same institution.

Samantha’s academic and professional experiences have fostered a strong interest in urban design and redevelopment. She is passionate about finding innovative ways to improve communities—both large and small—through thoughtful design techniques and strategic redevelopment. Her goal is to contribute to the creation of more inclusive, sustainable, and vibrant urban environments.

Throughout her time at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Samantha has gained hands-on experience as an intern at Redevelopment Resources, a local economic development consulting firm. There, she has supported a variety of projects aimed at enhancing community vitality and resilience.
