Abigail (Abby) is a double degree master’s student with the department of Urban and Regional Planning and the La Follette School of Public Affairs. Originally from Northern California, she earned her bachelor’s in economics from Chico State in 2016.
Interested in designing with an eye toward health equity, Abby believes in the power of leading locally to make meaningful change. Her interests primarily lie with ways to create vibrant, walkable communities that strive to meet the needs of all residents.
When not studying or working as a project assistant at UW Madison’s Center for Research on Early Childhood Education (CRECE), Abby is always on the lookout for new paths to run, recipes to cook, or songs to play on the bass guitar.
