URPL's Yaidi Martinez Leads the Report on Milwaukee's Rental Housing Trends
PhD Student Yaidi Martinez worked alongside Wisconsin Policy Forum’s team to generate the latest report on Milwaukee’s Rental Housing Trends. Martinez took on the role of lead author and research fellow in creating the report that looks to foster conversation around housing affordability as a regional issue. Martinez hopes the report aids policy-makers in making more fact-based and informed decisions around the discussed topics found in the report. Presentations of the report have been given to Milwaukee Continuum of Care, Forum’s Economic Development Committee, and the Milwaukee Department of City Development Representatives. She gives a special thanks to Kurt for reviewing and providing feedback on the draft and to Alfonso for his support.
