Students may apply for admission to the MS and PhD programs beginning with either the Fall semester or the Spring semester. As a general policy, however, most students will be admitted for the Fall semester so that they can follow the typical courses of study.
The application deadline for those individuals wishing to begin their studies in the Fall semester is February 1. Applications completed after February 1 will be considered on a rolling admissions basis as space allows.
For admission in the Spring semester, applications should be submitted by October 15 for Urban and Regional Planning and November 1 for Landscape Architecture. Applications completed after these dates will be considered on a rolling admissions basis as space allows.
The deadline for the Advanced Opportunity Fellowship (AOF) is February 1. Students do not apply for this fellowship; information submitted by applying to a program will determine if a student is eligible or not for consideration.
