6. University and Academic Staff Personnel Matters
Personnel matters for members of the department who hold positions as University Staff and Academic Staff shall be consistent with policies and expectations established by the College of Letters and Science and UW-Madison. Responsibilities and supervisory relationships for each position will be defined in the employee’s position description. Annual performance assessments will be conducted and documented by supervisor consistent with criteria in the position description following procedures established by the college and UW-Madison.
