Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Landscape Architecture bachelor’s or master’s program. If in a bachelor’s program, you must be in your third or fourth year.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion to assist in producing design concepts, renderings, and detailed construction drawings.
  • Familiarity with the principles and practices of the design process, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate and prepare construction details and complete construction document plan sets, ensuring accuracy and clarity for project implementation.
  • Willingness to learn and apply new design technologies and methods to enhance project outcomes and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to project changes and provide creative solutions within given design and technical constraints.
