Common Wealth Development is excited to announce an opening for the Director of Operations to join our Leadership team in support of our 35 staff, hundreds of residents in our housing portfolio, dozens of small businesses in our incubator community, and hundreds of youth and adults in our workforce development programs. This position involves supervising the general operations of the organization, guidance and mentorship of our team of Program Leads, and overall support of every programmatic aspect of the organization. Compensation starts at $100,000.00 per year. Common Wealth Development offers a $2000.00 language bonus (annually) for employees who are Bilingual in English and Spanish. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, including a generous paid leave package and health insurance
This is a full-time position with some evening and weekend hours required.
Annual salary is $100,000.00 per year, with full benefits. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and regular access to an insured car.
Common Wealth offers a $2,000.00 bonus (annually) to employees who are bilingual in Spanish and English.
