Senior Planner (Starting Salary Range $33.67- $44.95 with progression to $56.23)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Urban or Regional Planning, with demonstrated coursework in the principles of transportation planning or transportation policy, or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience in a professional position that involved work functions related to transportation planning;

A combination of education and experience equivalent to six (6) years of experience in a professional position that involved work functions related to transportation planning.
Principal Planner (Starting Salary Range $37.73-$46.36 with progression to $58.00)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Urban or Regional Planning, with a concentration in transportation planning, transportation policy and related disciplines, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in a professional position that involved work functions related to public sector transportation planning;

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Urban, Rural or Regional Planning, Land Use Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Planning, Transportation Planning, Public Policy, or closely related field and two (2) years of experience in a professional position that involved work functions related to public sector transportation planning;

A combination of education and experience equivalent to seven (7) years of experience in a professional position that involved work functions related to public sector transportation planning.
