Do you enjoy helping people and providing information? Metro Transit is completely updating its service on Sunday, June 11, 2023 and is looking for on-the-street Ride Guides to be stationed at busy bus stop areas, employment centers, and various community events to point people in the direction of the most appropriate stop, hand out schedule materials, and teach people how to ride the bus. On-the-job training will be provided during first week of employment.

We will potentially need Metro Ride Guides for dates later in the year. We will also need Ride Guides again in 2024 when Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and new fare technologies are implemented. Employees in these positions may be automatically recalled for future employment dates.
Hours

Between the hours of 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday.

Shifts can vary from 4 to 8 hours.

Early morning, mid-day and evening shifts are available.
