The successful candidate will assist senior level staf in a wide variety of community planning eforts throughout the region, and depending upon qualifcations, may lead projects. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking and possess superior writen and verbal skills; have excellent interpersonal skills; proficiency with Word, Excel, and other Office applicatons; familiarity with common demographic and economic research and analysis techniques; experience with grant writing and project administration; and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with GIS and Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in planning, or related field is reqired, master’s degree desired. Candidates must possess at least four (4) years experience in planning, or a closely related field.
