In this position, you will interact with local municipalities to identify needs, provide solutions, and manage multiple projects. As a consultant, you are required to work closely with village, city, and town staff and elected officials to provide answers, develop solutions, and present recommendations on a wide variety of planning and zoning issues. Professional writing skills, knowledge of state and federal codes, and presentation skills are essential. You will also be responsible for developing plans, administrating ordinances, overseeing special projects, and completing staff reviews.
