Under supervision, is responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, multi-organizational reporting requirements and stability of construction projects for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA). Oversees planning, design, construction, and renovation of HRA buildings. Completes site and building inventory, investigation, and research. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet project expectations. Develops project plans, monitors work efforts, identifies resource needs, conducts quality review, and escalates functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately. Coordinates with team members from the organization, vendors, external agencies, and partners and uses best practices to ensure deliverables. Balances competing demands for project scope, time, cost, risk, and quality.
