Our firm specializes in site planning for commercial sites , in particular stand-alone developments. From conceptual thru construction documents, 90% of the projects we work on are built. We specialize in site grading as it relates to site development as well as all facets of landscape design as part of the complete package for contractors to bid and work from. Our work carries us from initial site visits thru conceptual design, city approval and permitting.
We are looking for an individual that is receptive to learn all aspect of the design process and the creation of plans and documents for our clients.
Compensation will be determined and discussed at time of a sit-down interview.
INSITES offers dental and health compensation once established in the company. We also have retirement plans the company contributes to based years performance. INSITES will strongly encourage the individual to become licensed and will compensate the individual once licensure is achieved.
