Fresh Energy is hiring for a full-time policy associate to join our Clean Electricity team. This position will be focused on moving Minnesota to a carbon-neutral economy by advocating for regional transmission expansion, a more efficient grid and operations, and wholesale market design. Much of this work will take place at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) and other technical forums. We’re looking for someone who is ambitious and pragmatic with an appetite for detail and an interest in becoming a transmission grid policy expert.
