Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) is a Native-American business, owned by the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin. Founded 30 years ago, we have grown into an integrated, multi-disciplined firm of professional engineers, scientists, and construction managers. We provide a multitude of A/E services from field investigations, preliminary analysis and planning, design engineering, community involvement, bidding and award, and construction management. OTIE is included in a family of companies headed by the Oneida ESC Group (OESC).
OTIE has offices in Green Bay, Milwaukee, and Madison, Wisconsin, with 12 additional offices across the United States and Japan. With our roots in Wisconsin, we provide ecology, civil, environmental, and water resource engineering to clients across our state. Projects generally involve green infrastructure, habitat and plant community restoration, public buildings, and open spaces. We partner with OTIE’s structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers to work on projects involving new facilities, renovations, and expansion of existing structures for municipal, state, federal, commercial, and tribal clients.
