Last Monday. the Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP) held their Prospective Graduate Student Resource Fair above Gordon’s Dining Hall. The Department of Planning and Landscape Architecture was represented at the event by two current graduate students (WSPA’s new President Matthew Frater and MS URPL student Rachel Ramthun), the Department’s Marketing Communications Assistant (Brittany Jeanmaire), and by the Department’s Graduate Coordinator (Lauren Szafranski). Together, they helped spread the word about PLA’s grad programs to traditionally underrepresented, undergrad students, involved with SROP this summer.
