DPLA student Jules West is working toward a bachelor of science in landscape architecture and to get that degree he has to complete a capstone project. West’s capstone is focused on Wausau’s north riverfront area, which is just north of Bridge Street and runs north to Winton Street. Congratulations Jules West!
