Allen Centennial Garden’s HortiCULTURAL Landscapes Symposium is quickly approaching (Saturday, April 14, 2018).
The Garden is lowering the price and offering a $80.00 off discount to the symposium for all students, staff and faculty in the Planning & Landscape Architecture Department. Purchasing a symposium ticket also includes a ticket to the pre-symposium event on Friday, April 13, 2018, called Origin Stories. The event will be a meet-and-mingle between attendees and the symposium speakers at the beautiful One Alumni Place.
Symposium speakers include Shari Edleson, Director of Horticulture and Curator for the Arboretum at Penn State; Peter Hatch, Emeritus Director of Gardens and Grounds at Monticello; Ian Simpkins, Deputy Director for Horticulture & Urban Agriculture at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and Jeff Downing | Executive Director of Mt. Cuba Center.
